We do appreciate hearing from our valued guests as feedback is vital for us to continue improving our service and maintaining our commitment to superior guest experiences. On behalf of the team at Novotel Nadi, I would like to convey my most sincere apologies that your stay was not as expected and you were dissatisfied with your stay experience. I was very sorry to read of the experiences you had highlighted. It is obvious from your feedback that the hotels usual high service standards were not met. I can assure you the hotel prides itself on its level of service and to hear that we have fallen short on this occasion is very disappointing. I have reviewed the details of your concerns and spoken to the hotel’s Management Team, I can assure you we are working on all avenues to address the concerns you have highlighted to prevent any future occurrence. Please allow me to explain the processes we have in place in terms of our guests well-being and hygiene. The hotel engages the services of WG Genera Pacific Ltd to fumigate guest rooms of insects & unlikely pests. During this process, the rooms are stripped off its linen and all in room furniture are thoroughly attended too. The room is taken offline (out of the rooms inventory) for a few days, to ensure the process is effective prior to releasing it back to be sold. We pride ourselves in this aspect of our operations and we will continue to strive to uphold our commitment and loyalty to all our guests.
