5 out of 5 here! This Ibis is underrated, at 3 stars. Part of a longer trip, stayed for 3 nights. Great service from Tariq at reception. Booked 2 connecting rooms, for family of 4. I like the decor at the hotel. Nice Moroccan building with a lot of character. Peaceful area, very quiet but within walking distance of amenities and a souk artisanal. Near tidy rooms, lots of storage space. Very big pool. Had room 221 & 223, which gave view onto the pool as seen in pictures. I've also put pictures of bathroom amenities as I always get questions about this. Great service, would recommend. Satisfactory breakfast.

We stayed for two nights at the Ibis Hotel, and honestly, while the exterior is beautiful, the interior was disappointing. The rooms were cramped, even though we had two connecting rooms. The air conditioning barely worked, there was no mini fridge or freezer, no bins in the rooms, and the floor felt dirty. The benches in both rooms were broken, and one even collapsed in my daughter’s room! The only positives were the lovely, warm pool and the scattered deck chairs, though the hygiene could have been better. The breakfast was included in our package and was just okay. Overall, it was an adequate stay, but I wouldn’t return.

I stayed at the Ibis for a week and thought the hotel was wonderful. I ate breakfast at the hotel each morning and found it very tasty with lots of choice. Great coffee fresh bread and pastries delicious fruit all you could ask for. Very impressed. My hotel room was lovely. Comfy bed fresh towels each day really clean. Nice view over the pool. I spent the whole week by the pool. Lovely and refreshing. Really helpful pool guy who looks after the guests. Everyone I met at the hotel was kind and friendly. Well done. A short walk into the centre. The town itself is nice to walk around and people very cool . I loved this hotel. Thank you

We had a three night stay at this hotel and it did the job but a few areas for improvement are needed. The room was kept very clean and fresh towels provided each day. There was a shower gel and soap dispenser so that was good. You only got hot water in the afternoon - I assume it's solar heated, but come the morning it's just luke warm at best. The bed was quite comfortable and the hotel quiet, so we did get a good night's sleep each night A bottle or two of fresh water in the room each day would have been appreciated. It was 38 degrees each day and the nearest shop a good walk away and the bar charge a lot of money for a medium sized water. The bar does serve alcohol. The wine was inexpensive by comparison, sadly though o e day they didn't have any wine in stock. Breakfast is very basic. Only on our last morning was there fresh bread. The only cheese option was a soft cheese triangle. Fresh bread was being made all over the city, it's just a shame not at or for the hotel. Coffee was good. Hotel is a few mins walk to the Kasbah and a little longer to the city, but there isn't much immediately around the hotel. The wifi worked well The swimming pool was a welcome treat. Although the water wasn't the cleanest, oils across the top and quite a lot of rubbish, broken down tissues and leaves floating about in it. There are some sunbeds and chairs, actually there appeared to be enough fir the number of guests. The sunbeds need some love and attention though and replace the blue cushions as they get unbearably hot in the sun. As do the tiles around the pool and they become very slippy when wet! In my view the hotel and offerings are average, but then you do get what you pay for. If I returned, would I stay here again, probably not.

Excellent hotel and nice experience. Good location and easy to park a car. Rooms were clean and we loved hotel pool area. Service was very good. We would like to give a special thanks to receptionist Hamid, he was very helpful ,professional and giving good advices to us. We travelled from Finland and we were in this hotel twice, one night each. Absolutely we will go back next time :)
