Had a great stay at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre. After a long flight from London, my 18-month-old son fell sick late at night. I requested porridge around midnight, and the staff kindly prepared it immediately and did not charge us. All the staff were extremely kind, caring, and professional. Truly appreciated their support during a difficult moment. Highly recommended.

Samarpan is a very good staff at work. He is such a friendly, helpful, kind and very attentive at work. He cleans up the dirty plates on the table without being ask. He performs very well and deserve to be credited. Well done Samarpan. Breakfast was delicious as well. Good job to the chef. Thank you.

Ajay and Rakesh are courteous and willing to get us the right choices from the menu the way we would like to have it. In winter a hot tea with crossiant and idli with ginger chutney was my favorite. Quinoa salad with fresh mango pieces... something new I tried too my combo
