Leaving this review specifically for Rishanth. The overall experience with the Convention Center was very underwhelming, but Rishanth did his best to cover mistakes of his colleagues and very much improved the situation with our meeting. I wish all staff in Novotel were as professional, responsible and accommodating as him.

The location is really good.Friendly staff, the food is really great. Pool side is pretty good.Room view is great. So many amenities and benefits during the stay.Parikshit from housekeeping was really polite and cleaned the room very neatly.

I had a delightful stay at Novotel Convention Hyderabad. The pillows and bedding were exceptionally comfortable, and the air conditioning was just right. I would like to extend my gratitude to Front Office Manager Pallavi Sharma for the warm welcome and special care during check-in. The towels provided were plush and cozy, and the washrooms were impeccably clean. We also requested a third bed for our guest, which was of great size and comfort.
