Saya check-in di hari ulang tahun saya, birthday staycation for 3 nights. Saya accor plus member platinum level. Jangankan birthday greeting/welcome, member/loyalty welcome/amenities pun tidak ada. Room service welcome drink perlu 1,5jam baru sampai ke kamar. AC kamar tidak dingin, banyak semut kecil di meja2 di kamar. Novotel Bandung, you’ve made bad image for accorhotels

Semoga ini menjadi pengalaman terakhir menginap disini sebagai member Accor. Receptionist tidak ramah dan ruangan upgrade bau pesong dan kurang bersih. Banyak bercak kotoran di karpet.

Hotel bintang 4 (accor) yang telah lama berdiri di bandung, sampai sekarang masih dalam kondisi yang rapi. Kamar nuansa pastel yang sangat nyaman. Rasa makanan ok terutama pastry super enak. Terima kasih pada hotel yang telah mempersiapkan kamar di posisi terbaik, aa habib (receptionist) yang sangat membantu penitipan barang, membawa barang sampai kamar, mempersiapkan train station drop off, dan teh mey yang mempersiapkan afternoon high cofee di square restaurant. Hal yang perlu improvement: variasi breakfast kurang, selang shower bocor, & tingkat hospitality agar ditingkatkan kembali utk beberapa karyawan hotel. Hotel ini termasuk direkomendasikan saat menginap di bandung.
