Wonderful experience and the staff was also great , sandeep was the guy who was active n helped us during our breakfasts, the main chef was also very active and would personally greet and ask us if we need anything more, Infact one day on our request he also made dosas for us

As soon as I arrived, I was met with huge smiles from the staff and a "ready to help" attitude from the staff and the general manager, Ibrahim. What a nice way to be greeted after a long flight. Anything I asked, they were able to help me and accommodate. I'm very satisfied with my stay and would stay here in a heartbeat again.

The ibis hotel is not your go to breakfast spot

If you have 3 KD laying around, you'd find a hundred better spots than the ibis hotel breakfast Buffet. Hands down the worst experience ever. First off, LOUD music was on full blast the entire time. The actual buffet is tiny with some questionable items like canned fruit, canned mushroom, and long life milk. When we arrived, there were fries on the floor and the tables were not wiped properly. You can actually count the items on that buffet on your hands. Not even the juice was good as it was all nectar and not fresh. The bread was stale and the mushroom was dreadful. The waiters would appear every now and then to pick up a few plates, but even when they did they didn't remove the empty plates and tissues unless I point it out. I would NEVER recommend this breakfast Buffet to anyone.
