Fairly clean and comfy, even by western standards. The rooms only have a single double bed. My son and I stayed here for two nights during the Eid weekend. The staff were very accommodating. They called a cab to the airport for us at 3.30am and it was there in minutes. Breakfast selections were fine, including an omelet and meat tray. Dinner was also acceptable, altho there are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area.

I would like to thank the Ibis team for their commitment, a special thanks to Hamza and Sameh from the reception. The management of Ibis should repair the second elevator as it takes more waiting time. You also need to improve the quality of the internet signal. The rest of the service was perfect

A standard Ibis hotel close to the City of Culture and Avenue Habib. Rooms were as one would expect and there is ample guest parking. The car park attendant was a lovely, cheery chap, which is more than could be said for some of the bar staff here. We are well aware that alcohol is considered haraam in Islamic countries .. but this hotel serves alcohol, and as such, it should not be served with a sneer.

I recently stayed at the IBIS hotel in Tunisia and I must say that my experience was quite pleasant. Everything was good, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the amenities provided. The staff were also very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. One staff member in particular, Oumayma, was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable. The only downside to my stay was that the restaurant could be improved a little bit. The food was decent but lacked variety and flavor. However, this did not detract from my overall experience at the hotel. Unfortunately, there was a power outage during my stay which lasted for a few hours. This was quite inconvenient but it was not the fault of the hotel and they did their best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at IBIS hotel in Tunisia. The staff were great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and despite a few minor issues, I had an enjoyable stay.

High priced for One Star

Rooms are very small and very basic, like a jail cell with one very tiny window. Rooms temperature is controlled by the management so they choose if you get air conditioning or not. So when it’s hot outside, your room is very very hot too but when you tell them, they act like it is the first time they are hearing it; don’t be fooled, they know exactly what’s going on. Service in the front desk with the exception of two people is completely non-existent and you have to try very hard to get service and responses. The girl in the front desk with the black hair is usually smoking in the back office and playing on her phone and the restaurant staff have to tell her to come out to serve at the front desk. The other blonde haired girl, her name starts with A, is very mean and rude to most guests Omar and Asma are very nice. Housekeeping is super slow and not organized. Restaurant staff provide no service at all, not even a greeting. If you ask a question, they clearly are not happy to be disturbed from playing on their cellphones. They hide in the corner and gossip all throughout the meal service and play on their phone. It is not walking distance to the Old Town, it’s quite a walk so be very prepared to walk or take a taxi. Use Bolt Taxi and drop the price 3 dinars if you want to negotiate a rate. Airport to hotel from departure area was about 7 dinars but you can get it at about five dinars. Food is horrible at the hotel but they do serve an overpriced breakfast buffet. Outside it is very Sandy and dusty.
