Fab one night stay. From the moment we checked at very friendly helpful reception, our stay was perfect! Our room was spacious, well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean! We ate in the hotel restaurant, the food and service were lovely. Although the outside terrace/pool area was being refurbished, the pool was open and very welcome on a very warm day!

Located not far from the highway exit, the mall and shops. A convenient place to stop at for one night. They have two parking lots, one is monitored by cameras. The area is quiet and the views on the hills is nice. Good free wifi. Helpful staff at the reception.

The hotel is super aged. Checkin was at Novotel instead and the hotel feels abandoned. Breakfast was super poor, bad bread bad coffee and bad juice. We compare to other ibis and this is this so not ibis quality.

This Ibis was carved out of the adjacent Novotel, to allow Accor to offer a cheaper alternative at this location. Consequently the rooms are better than you normally get at Ibis. They are the same size as Novotel rooms. What you do NOT get at this Ibis, that you would get at the adjacent Novotel are as follows:- 1. You do not get a refrigerator in your room 2. You do not get a safe 3. You do not get the hot breakfast options 4. The room furnishings are of a lower standard. (grotty plastic wall lamp units). When booking a room at this location, always check the prices of both the Novotel and this Ibis, because although this Ibis is usually the cheaper option, this has not always been the case. There have been times when the Novotel's prices were lower. This Ibis does not have its own restaurant, but you can use the restaurant of the Novotel. The only problem is that they have no facillity for charging Novotel meals to an Ibis room, even though the room numbering system is integrated. The disadvantage for Accor Club members is that you lose the Accor points on the Novotel restaurantation, which you would get if the meal had been charged to your room. The same situation existed in Aix-les-Bains, but it was corrected after I complained. Having said this, Accor seems to have reduced its restaurant prices in the last year or so. The difference is attributable to the fact that they now offer "open" or "house" wines which are available by the 50 dl. caraffe. A 2 course meal for 1 person with 50 dl. of wine, mineral water and cofee now costs less than €40. Parking is free but it sometimes gets crowded. There are 3 exits onto adjacent roads, all of which are gated at night. Be sure to obtain the code when you check in. Ibis guests have access to the Novotel swimming pool, and the surrounding garden. There was a minor incident on checking out. They had charged me 9 taxes de sejour, when in fact only 5 were due. They have promised that the €5.20 will be refunded on my credit card statement. I have not yet verified that this has been done. The location has very good air quality, weather and mountain views.

Hotel did excellent work in Covid-19 situation. Well though process, still satisfying travelers needs. We got dinner based on reasonable alternatives, same with breakfast. Good parking location. Naturally Covid-19 set some basic limitations.
