Soggiorno di coppia presso Novotel Istanbul durante un tour organizzato alla scoperta della Turchia. L'hotel è molto bello, nuovo e pulito. Il buffet è abbastanza fornito e di discreta qualità. Nota positiva anche per palestra (piccola ma ben attrezzata) e per la piscina. Unica pecca la distanza dal centro di Istanbul e l'assenza di attività (bar, locali, etc.) nelle vicinanze.

Quasi tutto all'altezza del marchio, colazione abbondante, reception attenta alla cura del cliente. Unica nota stonata la pulizia della camera e la mancanza degli asciugamani della terza persona in camera che abbiamo dovuto chiedere ogni sera al rientro.

La camera era bellissima e confortevole. Però sono stato molto deluso dalla colazione: strapazzato di uova quasi freddo, uova fritta veramente fredde e il caffe era disgustoso! Lo segnalato alla ragazza quanto ho fatto il check-in.... credo che non ha capito niente perché l'unica risposta è stata un sorriso un po' stupido.....

Ottimo il servizio di accoglienza e all'interno dell'albergo.. Qualche inconveniente da risolvere: Ho alloggiato nella stanza 901 - wi fi pessimo o assente in stanza . Anche dopo miei ripetute segnalazioni non è stato risolto (il segnale non è stato migliorato e non mi è stata proposta una stanza alternativa con miglior segnale). Bello il rinnovamento dell'albergo nella zona piano terra ristorante e relax. Anche le stanze dovrebbero essere rinnovate, in quanto ormai datate.
