非常难忘的不近人情的体验

我们于当晚入住酒店，但当时只有2个月的宝宝一直哭闹，身体非常不适，我们出于对孩子健康问题的考虑，只checkin 半小时后左右，就决定退房。我们一共预订了三间房，在退房时，有一间房甚至未进去过。但我们随后给accor集团写邮件，由于特殊原因，考虑到我们并未实际入住酒店，希望能部分退款（并且我们的预定包含了第二天的早餐）。但收到的回复是，我们的申请并不在酒店的退款理由内，100%不予退款。这个经历实在是太不尽人情，以后不会再考虑accor集团任何酒店的预定，也不会推荐身边朋友同事预订accor集团的酒店。
