Dear Mrs S., Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you encountered difficulties on arrival and that your experience did not live up to your expectations. We understand that exceptional circumstances, such as those you have described, can be very stressful. We would like to remind you that our cancellation policy allows for a full refund for cancellations made up to 1 day before arrival. After this time, a charge is applied to cover the costs of the booking, which is why we have been unable to respond positively to your request for a refund.
