Room smelled like it was full of mothballs. No hand towels, temperature during the night 8 degrees which made it difficult to keep the window open. In addition the heating had supposedly been turned off for the season, toilet paper for one use only…..and the communication with personnel was very restricted due to their incompetence in English. According to the staff the hotel was full and they were not able to give us another room. Overall a very unpleasant and almost sleepless night.

We take your comments very seriously, as they help us to continually improve the quality of our services. We are sorry to hear about the odor in the room, the lack of hand towels, and the limited availability of heating during your stay. Please be assured that we have reviewed our housekeeping and maintenance procedures to prevent such issues from recurring. Regarding the heating, it is true that we follow a seasonal schedule, but we clearly recognize that exceptional colder nights can happen, and we will be more attentive to offering additional heating solutions upon request. We also apologize if communication with our staff was difficult. We are working on reinforcing language training to better assist our international guests. As for the availability of rooms, unfortunately, on certain fully booked nights, it can be difficult to propose immediate alternatives, but we always strive to find solutions to improve your comfort whenever possible. We are truly sorry that your experience was not up to the standards we aim to provide. Should you give us another opportunity in the future, we would be pleased to offer you a much more enjoyable and restful stay. Kind regards, Laurence

Free parking ,very close to Valensole lavender fileds and some other attractions by car. We even stay 3 days there. There were Seafood restaurant ,grill room and Italian food next to the Ibis. We really like the shower room and the shower 🚿 facility (the water speed can be adjusted)

2 nights in family room at Ibis Manosque. This was a great stay in a recently refreshed Ibis hotel. It's immediately next to the motorway and close to the L'Occitaine factory and shop. There is also an Ibis Budget on the same site. The Ibis breakfast is very good. They also serve small plates of food after breakfast (it's a more limited offering than a restaurant). Next to the hotel is a Courtpaille Restaurant (serves steaks and chicken mainly). Although the signage shows that it opens 7 days a week, it was closed on Sundays when we were there. There is also a fish and a pizza restaurant nearby to the hotel but both were closed during our visit. Manosque town centre is a good 10 minutes away from the hotel. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, which is very welcome when the weather is hot. This hotel is a good base for visiting the lavender fields of Provence. Staff friendly, hotel clean, parking plenty. Standard Ibis rooms. Comfy bed and few frills.

Everything as expected. The bed was perfect. The check in as quick as possible. The receptionist was quick, friendly and informative. The town nothing special but we found a superb restaurant for dinner at very low price.

We were on a budget, so stayed at this hotel that is remotely located far from anything, however it was quite decent, good rooms and bathrooms. But the best was the service from this young lady at the reception desk, gave us so many options to what to do and where to eat.. thank you for making our budget stay feel like home
