Dear Sirs, You spoke to the Manager in English, if we are not mistaken. So, as it was indicated to you twice, there are 3 people out of four in our hotel who speak English. So the information about the absence of English-speaking staff is wrong. Moreover, the person from your company told me that she got all the pieces of information about the accomodation at the beginning of the month and that they got all the room numbers and access codes at the same time and the company which booked for you the rooms told me that you did not have to contact the hotel but directly the company that invited you and that you desobeided to the process that was put in place. Your attitude was not respectable and your comment is really irrelevant. Best regards, Manager.

Dear Sirs, We thank you for your pleasant comment after your stay in our hotel and we are happy that you appreciated our staff, the cleanliness of our hotel as well as our breakfasts with a large choice of products.
