Falls short of expectations

I was there with my husband and 2 young kids. Hotel has a smell that is unpleasant and doesn’t go away. The rug needs washing. Room AC wouldn’t work we were sweating at night. Even the bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Stayed 2nights. This hotel is short staffed, one person doing 10 people’s job function . I struggled with their service because I had high expectations but alas! There’s a maintenance overhaul that needs to be done. The bright side is their food. They had a variety for buffet and it was very good

I had a good time. The service at the pool side needs to be massively improved upon. One waiter, his name Perfect - takes too long to cover the entire area alone and is forgetful.
