Stayed here for one night whilst visiting Lourdes. The hotel is located fairly centrally, only a short walk to most attractions. It's an older hotel, however, it still presents well. The hotel has a lot of old world charm & character which is nice & its certainly befitting the area. Not a bad choice.

Clean, Comfortable, and Close to the Grotto

This was my second time staying here, and overall, it met expectations. My room was smaller than I remembered, and instead of a river view like last time, I had a roof view—but that didn’t really matter. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well, which was a big plus. The door didn’t always close properly—you have to make sure it’s fully shut. The breakfast was okay, though nothing memorable, and they often ran out of croissants. One downside this time was the staff. They didn’t seem very friendly—almost like they couldn’t be bothered—which was a bit disappointing. What I do love about this hotel is the location. It’s just a short 5-minute walk to the grotto, which makes it incredibly convenient, especially if you’re visiting for pilgrimage. Despite a few drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and unbeatable proximity to the sanctuary.

This hotel was booked for a one night stay for us during a Costsaver group Tour. The hotel is in an excellent location, very near the restaurants and a short walk to the Lourdes Sanctuary area and Notre Dame of Rosarie. We were on the fifth floor which gave us great views of the surrounding hills, over the river and the nearby restaurants and shops. The room and bathroom was a good size, plenty of electrical points in the room, tea/coffee making facilities and a good breakfast.

The hotel situated just 5 mts from the Grotto, Clean and very friendly staff, Value for money. Did not try any food but overall good. We asked for some glasses, plates and cutlery to the room and the staff was very politely provided the stuff. We will go back if we decide to visit Lourdes again

Hotel Location was good - just five minutes walk to the Grotto and the Basilica. Conversely, uphill there are good eating places - notably the pizza place and Da Marco. Hotel Room - very basic. Toilet and Shower are separate. I guess you don't expect luxury in Lourdes, even if it's a Mercure brand.
