However, we ask for your understanding that in view of the large number of reviews, many of which are the same, we cannot always write something completely unique in the answers. For example, when guests complain about the room size and furnishings and do not take into account that we are a budget hotel, which is why we are often used by school classes and youth groups on city breaks. In any case, we sincerely apologize for the deficiencies and human errors that unfortunately caused inconveniences for you. We appreciate your honest critique which will be the basis for discussions within our local team - and a careful evaluation of the root of these problems.
