Hotel de calidad Mercure, algo antiguo, pero con servicios correctos y personal amable y servicial. Habitaciones a veces antiguas, y aire acondicionado deficiente, no enfría nada...ubicado fuera del centro histórico, pero a 5 minutos de la estación de tren. Ubicación ideal para trabajar.

Las habitaciones estaban muy calientes aunque la calefacción no estaba encendida y dejábamos la ventana abierta todo el día. El calor era incomodo y dificultaba el sueño. Ademas, solo nos dejaron una botella de agua el primer día y no repusieron el café el último día.

El Mercure de Dusseldorf gana sobre cualquier hotel principalmente por estar a un par de calles de la estación central de la ciudad, que permite a cualquier viajero descansar rápidamente al estar a menos de 20 minutos del aeropuerto en tren y poder continuar su viaje a la mañana siguiente, como fue en nuestro caso. Agradecemos el servicio prestado por el equipo de recepción y el bar que nos ofreció excelentes recomendaciones sobre bebidas y restaurantes locales en nuestro corto paso por Alemania. Las instalaciones son cómodas, tuvimos una habitación sencilla y una doble y ambas nos dejaron con ganas de tener más tiempo para descansar en la excelente cama, y la espaciosa tina.

La situación es muy buena, con la estación central a un paso y el casco antiguo cerca, para ir dando un paseo. Cuando estuvimos no funcionaba el bar-restaurante. Trato correcto en la recepción. Habitación y baño grandes, con bañera. La iluminación de la habitación y del baño es muy pobre, casi no se ve. Desayuno completo.
