Great family vacation. One of the best holiday experiences- the property is amazing, clean , modern, spacious - most importantly the staff are very professional reflecting Berber culture of hospitality and service. The food prepared by chef Jacques and his team was world class. We were served by exceptional Mustafa in the restaurant for dinner and formed a nice friendship over learning more about Amazigh culture and language.

Beautiful hotel. Great service. I really don’t understand all the negative review about “poor service”. It’s amazing. Super friendly. Helpful. Especially the staff at the buffet. Lahoucine was very very very helpful and made our stay during breakfast and dinner very comfortable. Thanks

visited with friends and found the hotel to be a great choice. The beach was beautiful, and the swimming pool was perfect for relaxing and spending time. There was an excellent selection of restaurants, offering plenty of variety throughout our stay, and breakfast was especially good with lots of fresh and tasty options. The hotel has a good gym and spa, entry to the spa is chargeable with a fee. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. The hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which really added to the experience. All in all, a great stay and a hotel we would happily return to and recommend to others.

Lovely Sofitel hotel ruined by the view of the sister Sofitel next door

Great hotel and lovely staff but it was marred by the view from our balcony of the Hotel next door, also a Sofitel in Agadir, a large rubbish tip. Our hotel staff said it was “nothing to do with them” so we should write a review on Tripadvisor! Very strange but otherwise a lovely hotel for a December getaway!!

This was not a good experience, sadly.. the hotel is beautiful, but the staff is not polite and respectful. We were supposed to go here for lunch, but they did not meet ours expectations therefore we chose to leave. My recommendations is to not even bother going here.. you will have a much more enjoyable time if you visit another restaurant, for sure.
