super convenient stay. hotel provided what's necessary for a quick visit to the city. fuss free. the room was clean and comfortable. although the room did not provide a kettle, one was available at the lobby for hot water. it was not noisy or anything even though it was situated above the HBF station. the staff were also super friendly and considerate. they kindly allowed me to check in early. overall, a good stay! definitely not terrible, like many other reviews.

Unless you gave an early train, go elsewhere for friendly service and more personality

Super close to Innsbruck train station but expect an unfriendly and unwarm welcome by staff. Lack of traditional facilities in rooms such as tea and coffee, water etc. and dodgy area at night. No streaming services on TVs. Good location if you have an early train but otherwise steer clear and go elsewhere.

We were given the disabled room with a walk-in shower on the third floor which gave us plenty of room. It was very comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable that we have slept in during our 6 week stay to date. Easy access to the train station and also buses. Transport tickets may be purchased at the Tabaccheria at the bottom of the hotel (outside) for 24hour tickets at a reasonable price that includes all the transport. The staff were helpful and friendly. Although a kettle not available in the room they have hot water and cups in the foyer. We recommend this hotel in Innsbruck.

Ibis was a good central location for travel and to see the sights of Innsbruck. Staff were not the friendliest and came across as a bit standoffish. On check in no acknowledgement or even a hello, interesting as platinum member which was disappointing. Rooms decent size for what we needed. Located right at the train station which was very handy.

The parking has a great access to the hotel. The breakfast was good. The air conditioning works well, as the TV. There's not a good view because of where it's located. Some of the employees didn't seem happy to be there, but it was alright. The water is drinkable.
