A very pleasant stay at the hotel! The rooms are clean, and check-in was very smooth. The front desk also arranged a taxi for me the next day, which was very helpful.

After our previous experience at the Shaftesbury Hotel in Dundee, this was a palace. It is a bit hard to find if arriving by car but worth the effort. The welcoming staff are great, the room is large enough but very, very clean and the bathroom is as good as it gets. And it has a lift. The free welcome drinks were very welcome. The restaurant menu is pretty basic but looking forward to the buffet breakfast. As to value; definitely a winner.

This is a good basic hotel. Very clean, good central location, front desk staff was helpful and kind. Nothing special about the rooms, but it was comfortable enough and had a small but functional bathroom. Room was quite hot when we were there, the air unit takes the edge off but doesn't cool the room. Parking next door is expensive, but that's what we get for wanting a central location. Would stay at an Ibis again because of this experience.
