Hotel ottimamente posizionato per visitare il centro citta, 10-15 minuti a piedi e dotato di parcheggio dove lasciare l'auto per 24 ore al costo di € 15,00. Un grazie particolare alla ragazza (spagnola?) della reception che ci ha accolto in tarda serata, prodiga di informazioni e suggerimenti, estremamente gentile e professionale.

Generalmente buona ma la camera era troppo piccola. Non funzionava la luce di cortesia dello scrittoio sotto il piano TV, e la luce sopra il lavello si spegneva quando si accendeva la luce della doccia.

Uso questo hotel per ragioni lavorative e strategicamente è posizionato relativamente in centro. parcheggio privato a pagamento, sempre più caro,a volendo si trovano anche stalli liberi la notte nelle vicinanze. L'hotel in generale avrebbe bisogno di una profonda ristrutturazione come già avvenuto per altri Ibis budget. Colazione nella media e proporzionata al costo. Receptionist Ana simpaticissima, cordiale e molto professionale. parla perfettamente l'italiano. Sono anni che uso questa struttura e continuerò ad usarla.

Graz in moto, fondamentale prenotare solo se l'hotel ha un parcheggio privato e coperto, sinceratomi di questo ho prenotato anticipando gli estremi della carta di credito, al mio arrivo mi viene detto che non c'è nessun parcheeggio anzi parcheggiando accanto all'hotel si rischiava di essere sanzionati, quindi al max 7 per mancanza di chiarezza.

Il peggior soggiorno che abbia mai avuto in un IBIS. L’aria condizionata non funzionava. La ventola del bagno, quando accesa, diffondeva un odore nauseante proveniente dagli altri servizi. La reception non era sempre presidiata, il che non sarebbe stato un problema se l’addetta al check-in non avesse commesso un errore: invece di registrare due notti, ne ha impostata soltanto una. Di conseguenza, al secondo giorno il codice di apertura della porta non era più valido. Per fortuna ce ne siamo accorti mentre eravamo ancora all’interno della struttura, ma se fosse accaduto di notte – dato che lo stesso codice serviva anche per l’accesso all’hotel – saremmo potuti rimanere chiusi fuori. Unico aspetto positivo: la posizione, relativamente vicina alla stazione e ben collegata da alcune linee di trasporto pubblico. Tuttavia, nel complesso, non consiglierei questo hotel.

La struttura la conosco per essere stato altre volte - bene per un breve soggiorno, la camera e gli spazi pubblici sono puliti e funzionali - note non positive per la colazione dove si trova "un po' poco" per la cifra richiesta.

La camera era piccolina ma non mancava nulla per un soggiorno breve. Pulito ed ordinato, molto silenziozo sia l'esterno sia l'interno dello stabile. Consigliabile. Colazione sufficente, comodo il park sotto all'albergo.
