Went to bed thought it felt soft but was exhausted and fell asleep woke up with terrible back pain bed had dipped very bad. Looked under mattress and half the wooden slats were missing. Took photo and showed to reception staff. They took my number and said the manager would call. Heard nothing. Have photos of the bed.
