Muy buen hotel , con un delicioso Desayuno, y buenas vistas a la ciudad, lastimosamente no recargan el dispensador de jabón y shampoo aunque lo pedimos , las habitaciones son pequeñas, el costo es elevado.

Excelente ubicación para visitar la ciudad. Mi hijo destaca lo bueno del desayuno por los gofres, helados, ... y yo lo suscribo tanto por la variedad de productos locales como por la calidad de los mismos

Todo aceptable, menos dos cuestiones, por un lado la limpieza, regular, lo peor fue que había manchas marrón oscuro en las sábanas como de sangre o no sé, por otro después de hacer la reserva y el precio que nos dieron se sacaron de la manga que el desayuno del niño lo teníamos que pagar aparte, cuando habíamos cerrado el precio de alojamiento y desayuno para los tres. Lo mejor, lo cerca que está de la estación de tren y el bar restaurante que tienen, muy agradable. Cogimos otro mercure en Varsovia y tampoco nos gustó, no lo recomiendo, no creo que repitamos esta cadena, caro y no parece un 4 estrellas.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the condition in which you found the bed linen. The presence of stains on the sheets is absolutely not in line with the standards we aim to maintain, and we fully understand how unpleasant and concerning this must have been. Your comments have been shared with the relevant team so that the matter can be properly addressed. Regarding the breakfast for your child, we would like to sincerely apologize. This was our mistake and an oversight on our part, and you should of course not have been charged for these breakfasts, as your reservation was made with accommodation and breakfast for all three of you included in the agreed price. We are truly sorry for this inconvenience and for the confusion it caused during your stay. We have forwarded the matter to our Front Office Manager - Klaudia, who will ensure that the amount charged for your child's breakfasts is refunded to you. We sincerely regret that this situation occurred and appreciate you bringing it to our attention so that we can correct it. At the same time, we are pleased that you appreciated our convenient location close to the railway station and enjoyed the atmosphere of our bar & restaurant. We are sorry, however, that these positive aspects were not enough to make your overall experience a satisfying one. We hope that our sincere apologies and the corrective action we are taking demonstrate how seriously we take your feedback. Cama cómoda, habitación espaciosa y silenciosa. El desayuno muy bien y a pesar de estar el hotel lleno no había problemas de espacio y el personal estaba constantemente reponiendo lo que se iba acabando. Personal en general muy amable. Muy buena ubicación cerca de la estación de tren y cerca del centro, lo que resulta muy conveniente. Es de agradecer la fuente de agua por planta. La única pega encontrada es que el baño podría estar mejor iluminado.
