Located a short walk from the Central Railway station, this Novotel is also an Ibis hotel. The room were very well appointed with great WiFi and very comfortable beds. The hotel bar and restaurant are reasonably priced with a good menu. There is also a microwave in the foyer where you can heat up meals. The Stary Browar shopping centre is also close and has supermarkets and lots of shopping. Old town and other attractions are also very close. A great experience staying here and I would stay here again.

We stayed at Novotel Poznań Centrum for the first time, but we’re very familiar with the Novotel brand — one of the main reasons we chose it was the underground parking. The parking area is quite small, so keep that in mind if you’re traveling by car. We were lucky to find one spot available in the afternoon, but space is definitely limited. The hotel is connected to an Ibis hotel (part of the same group). From what I understand, Novotel rooms are located on the higher floors, which offer beautiful views over Poznań’s Old Town. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of the Old Town. In the evenings, it’s lovely to take a stroll through the nearby park and charming streets. There are many cafés and restaurants around, and a large shopping mall is directly across the street. Our room was not huge, but spacious enough, cozy, and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent — everything fresh, tasty, and with a great variety. The only thing we found a bit unusual was the location of the waffle makers and pancake station — they were in a separate room, which was slightly inconvenient, but not a big issue. The waffles we made were delicious! Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much, and on our next trip to Poznań we will definitely consider coming back to this hotel.

I do not recommend it.

Air conditioning not working - sleepless all night. Cooling down by opening the window was impossible - at night the noise of illegal car races in front of the hotel. I do not recommend it.

Hotel is centrally located, just next to the shopping mall Stary Browar. Lower floors are occupied by Ibis - same like in Wroclaw, but swimming pool is missing. Typical Novotel with the same design like in other ones but toilet thanks God is not separated from bathroom. Good breakfast, nice bar and gym.

We stayed at Novotel Poznań starting on May 2nd, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Upon check-in, we were given no information about our stay—no details about breakfast, restaurant location, or hotel facilities. Our first room (815 on the 8th floor) was not properly cleaned, but more importantly, it felt like a heat chamber. The outside temperature was 29°C, and the air conditioning in the room was completely non-functional—not even the fan worked. I contacted reception and was surprised by the dismissive and rude response. I was told that management had decided to keep the AC off until after the long weekend and that nothing could be done until the manager returned from holiday. I was even told to "just leave a review" if I was unhappy. We tried opening the window, but there was no proper air circulation—not even in the bathroom. Eventually, I returned to reception and spoke to another staff member who was much more understanding. They kindly offered us another room (709 on the 7th floor), which had a different cooling system. The fan worked, and while the cooling wasn’t ideal, it was enough for us to manage some rest. Overall, the lack of customer care and responsiveness from the reception staff was disappointing, especially for a hotel in this category. I’m grateful to the one staff member who helped us eventually, but unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations.
