I stayed in "superior" room Not very clean, not good quality. There was huge stain that looked like piss on couch pillow, that was not taken care of, even after talking about that at the reception. Toilet paper and soap was never replenished during almost one week stay, and I could not reach staff from phone in the room at 15:00. Also tea cups was never changed to clean ones. This is definitly not worth premium price. Food was not bad but definitly overpriced.

I spent only one night, but it was very nice experience. Quick and problemless check in, at front desk great stuff. Very good food in hotel restaurant, especially steak. Hotel stuff very helpful, especialy Natalia and Jolanta from restaurant and Sonia from front desk

Big thank you to Anastasiia for the great service. Good overall experience. I was satisfied with the food and my room. Good location in central part of the city. Good value for the money. Will be back for sure. Truly recommend.

As always it was really great and comfortable time. Reception, room conditions and as always welcome drink make this stay very relaxing. Obviously what is always important restaurant and breakfast with full option of delicious things. I strongly recommend - it’s my favorite hotel in Poznań. I’m in this hotel regularly once a week.

We were attending international conference with related activities including staying four nights at the hotel room. Some breakfast and lunch was always the same frying fish and chicken not very tasty. Hotel is clean but showers must be repaired asap. Situated near old town and shopping centre but faraway from airport.
