You can enjoy a good stay at Íbis São Carlos, but you must take care with an employee, from the reception desk that Works on the night shift. She (the employeee from reception desk) was completely sttuppid against me , and I did nothing against her,

Typical Ibis hotel: same room same service. As Gold Accor member I won a bottle of water. There is a room for ironing shirts and a good breakfast room. by mistake they charged twice the breakfast, but they reimbursed me directly in the credit card. Perfect for business visit

It is a good hotel, well located. Front desk attendants are excellent and very attentive. The rooms are clean and well tidy. The breakfast is good, but lacks the bacon delicacy. Recently the price of the daily has increased and no longer corresponds with a fair value - it is getting expensive. More television channels would be interesting, for example, the Combat channel.

The hotel is cozy.The cost / benefit ratio is good.Despite this, the administration needs to see a new way to speed up the check in and the check out because many people arrive and leave at the same time.
