I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is excellent and the location is safe and perfect for international travelers. It's located in a very nice, upper-middle-class part of town. You can walk to most restaurants and stores easily and you are only a few blocks from Ave. Italia where many of the bars and nice restaurants are located. The nightlife on Ave. Italia is awesome!

Kind and efficient service. The breakfast was good. Room maintenance could be better, it seemed a bit "old". Access to the hotel is easy, but using the "wase" gives the impression of being tricky to get there.

Confortable and very clean. I would recommend this hotel for weekend or during the week. Very good price. Breakfast shoud be included on the tax. Also we have to pay for parking . This hotel has a very good location on tne city

Clean, new hotel. Theme is music across each floor with different genres. The personnel struggled a bit with billing and the technology to get keycards to work; and I recommend you request the bill the night prior to checkout as they were slow to print it from the system. Staff were very friendly and gym was decent. Was there in the winter so the pool was closed. A few bugs with the room infrastructure...my shower drain exited a pipe under the sink; weird and resolved by keeping the water pressure lower than full out.

Building was one month old, but seemingly so was the crew. Slow check-in process, no hot water at night, poor breakfast. Chicken-and-egg dilemma: very low occupation, so crew was understaffed, but if they had more guests, it wold be disastrous.
