This hotel is to be avoided unless you just don’t care where you stay. The rooms were last renovated about 20-30 years ago and it shows everywhere. Furniture is old and broken or stained or chipped (that’s why there is a cloth cover thrown over the small table in the room - to hide the wear and tear). The room is dark, temperature about 30c with no way to lower the heat. Window bolted shut so no you can’t open it for some fresh air. Bathroom sink has black mold all around and a huge crack inside of sink. Walls chipped…. I could go on and on. When I asked reception the next day if all rooms were the same the hesitant reply I received was, “the 8th floor rooms have been renovated but they are all sold out.” No surprise there. To add to the joy of my stay of the three elevators only one was working. Made for an interesting checkout experience. People were getting on to ride up for 9 floors rather than wait any longer only to be greeted by a full elevator. Sat down for breakfast and placed a full glass of juice and another a smoothie on the table. Got up to get eggs and staff had cleared the table. Later when I had dirty plates around me no one came by to collect. I strongly advise to give this hotel a miss u til they renovate the remaining g floors. This place is just dreadful!

Bad hotel. No clear instructions online where their hotel shuttle picks up from, or that you have to call to request it. Check in staff told me I did have a reservation, then that my reservation was cancelled, then after 20 minutes with my phone in the back room, found my reservation. Room smells weird and bad. Had to open a window to swap it for the smell of grilled meat and the sound of extractor fans from outside. In-room aircon simply does not turn on. Furniture and carpet are stained, scratched and marked. Desk chair is the wrong height for the desk, seat is broken and concave. Toilet flush half broken. If you want to escape your room, the downstairs lobby bar is dark and noisy. Alternatively, the pool is murky and green. Take antibiotics. No wifi instructions were provided. Once I deciphered what the username and password were, I discovered that it's only good for one device at a time. One receptionist offered to give me another login if I brought him my laptop, which I did, but he was gone. Another staff member refused to help. Don't give them your money.

The service is amazing and the hotel is located in a very good area surrounded by a mall and lots of restaurants. Unfortunately the rooms are getting old and even though they are clean they don't look great (carpet and bathroom to be more specific!)

Everything was bad except the receptionist who was helpful. The washbasin was not working, the tv is not working, very low lights. You need to have your phone lights in the night to see your items. In the 2nd day they got the old towel, and didn’t put another. The pool water was green and when I asked why it’s green, the worker told me because the number of people. Anyway it’s very bad experience I will never book it again. You need to stop the hotel immediately and upgrade it, otherwize you need to mention its 1 ⭐️ or less

Upon arrival, there was no office as described in the airport and it appears this office never existed. The telephone was never answered, and the shuttle bus failed to arrive on the hour as promised. Upon finally reaching the hotel, the check-in process was chaotic and unorganized. There were queue jumpers, and the reception staff did nothing to manage the situation or ensure a fair process for all guests. The room we were given smelled heavily of smoke, which was unbearable and completely unacceptable for a non-smoking In addition to the smoke smell, the room had stained carpets, and the shower barely dribbled water. The toilet became blocked after a single use. No English speakers. An attempt was made to charge more than the payment as a holding fee. The food service at the pool took an hour to arrive, which is unacceptable. Moreover, not all elevators were functional, and the gym facilities were primitive and rusting, which is unacceptable for a hotel of your standing.
