This was our favorite hotel of our trip, and we stayed at 4 airport hotels, 5 hotels in cities, a ski chalet, and a glass igloo on a fjord in Norway. Directly across from the airport and right next to the train station, this hotel is perfectly placed. We arrived around 730pm and were able to relax after a long day of travel within 20 minutes of landing. We stayed two nights. The morning of our flight we were not rushing to get a taxi or train to the airport, but rather had a bit more sleep and an easy walk over to the terminal. This hotel is very classy and sophisticated but we never felt out of place as "regular" people. The staff was warm and welcoming even though we are not what I imagine the usual clientele are like. There were a couple of minor issues with our room when we entered it, but a quick word with the front desk and they moved us to a different room right away. The manager called to offer apologies and let us know he was available if we needed anything. The next morning at breakfast, the day manager came to our table and introduced herself, and let us know she was available if we needed anything. Even the wait staff went above and beyond to make our stay more pleasant - an item I was hoping to try was out of stock (they only make a small batch each morning and I hadn't gotten there in time to try it). They had the kitchen make more and called up to my room to let me know it was ready; and the next morning when we went for breakfast they brought two servings to our table that they had held back for us. It's important to note that I merely mentioned in passing that I was bummed I missed out on it (I saw it on someone's table on my way out from breakfast and hadn't realized it was offered). I was not angry or demanding about it at all. I also assured them that they need not go to any trouble about it. They insisted that I needed to try it and went out of their way to make it happen. That is the level of service this hotel provides. The room we had was large, comfortable, clean, and stylish. There is a large bathroom with great shower, amazing water pressure, large tub. Getting the temperature of the water to stay consistent was tricky but I found that if you turn it all the way to the hot side for a moment, then back to where it is comfortable, it stayed that temperature. There are several outlets for electronics and usb outlets as well, more than we found in any other hotel this trip. The bed is super comfortable and we got great sleep. I never heard noise from other guests. We had a good pizza from room service. Our one let-down of the entire stay (and it's a minor issue, nothing that should deter anyone from coming here) is the English-language selection on the television is small. That did not have a negative impact on our stay as it is not a big deal for us. The breakfast buffet is epic and high quality. I strongly urge you to try it. Hot and cold foods are available and there was a station with an employee making made-to-order omelettes and scrambled eggs. Plenty of pastries and breads, traditional Greek delights as well. Multiple types of yogurts, smoothies, fresh cut fruit and whole fruit are available as well as other cold items like cheeses and cold cuts. They also have a variety of coffees and juices. Hands down, the best hotel breakfast of our trip. There are other amenities that we did not try, but I think it is safe to assume that they were amazing as well. I wish we had more time to enjoy all that this hotel has to offer.

The service is impeccable. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is first rate. The restaurant manager, Panagiotis and staff made us feel like home. The room was pristine with all the amenities. Loved the gym and spa a wonderful experience. Thank you Panayiti for making our stay memorable!

Walking distance from the airport, room was clean, bathroom shower was amazing, staff was super friendly and food at the restaurant was amazing. Staff warned us of construction going on at the hotel, but we were not affected at all by the noise. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Excellent hotel located at the heart of the airport. Entirely renovated. Beautiful rooms with amazing bathrooms. Very quiet as well. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and polite. Would definitely return.

We stayed for our connection flight it was the best stay! relaxing hotel, amazing bed, huge & clean room breakfast is great with a lot of variety the location is perfect just next to the airport within 2 minutes!
