Whilst we do not currently provide tea and coffee making facilities in our rooms, we do have complimentary tea and coffee for guests in the conviviality area. Our team prides itself on maintaining the highest standards of service, so it's concerning to hear of any situation where a guest feels these standards have not been met. We would like to clarify that our hotel offers a higher standard of accommodation, service, and views compared to a budget hotel, which we are not. We also inform you that we cannot allow guests to sleep in our bar. At ibis Dinant, every guest experience is important to us.
