We booked in and our flight was cancelled due to weather We rang to change the day for accommodation and idis declined to transfer our accommodation to another night We checked on site and rooms where available on the next night They would not refund our money stating that it was short noticed Now we have to pay for more accommodation

We had two bad experiences with this hotel. I booked and did the online check-in for 4 April 2025 before I board my flight and expecting to arrive the hotel after 9pm. Unfortunately, my partner wasn't allowed to check-in before my arrival. He was told he wasn't allowed to sit at the restaurant to wait before picking me up and walked away from the counter straight after telling him that. The previous experience was double charging and it took more than a week for the refund.

Stayed here many times but was a bit disappointed on this occasion

We are ACCOR members and have used this hotel many times before an early morning flight. This hotel has always been great and always reasonably priced but, on this occasion, The price was right, but the service was extremely average. We were greeted like we should have been so grateful to be allowed to stay. We have attained gold member status with accor from using your hotels so much yet when this was mentioned there was a blank look from the man checking us in. We have never had this response at any ACCOR hotel before in fact its the contrary we are always given a warm welcome however we felt very unwelcome. WE brought friends with us and assured them that this little hotel was a gem . They too were disappointed with the front office staff. In saying all of this there was a man at 5:00am in the morning on the front desk who was an absolute breath of fresh air.

Stay here regularly! Good stay this time but needed to get maintenance to fix the window.

We were all extremely jet lagged and half of us were ill but we actually enjoyed our stay this time. Reception gave us complimentary water and drink vouchers for our ALL membership. We had two rooms and six people. Window in one room would not close but maintenance fixed rapidly once I went down to reception. Dinner was good (especially the pizza). Breakfast was also good. The maxi taxi ordered by reception arrived on time overall great stat

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The main problem was the dirt - the place is filthy. The carpets are all stained. I found hairs in the washbasin. I bought some cleaning products myself to wipe down the surfaces which were covered with dust and dirt. The landing and corridor areas were strewn with rubbish and debris. No one vacuumed this area in the three days I was there, even though I complained to reception. There was a big spillage on the wall and floor right opposite reception. I pointed this out to the manager, but nothing was done. The place is dark, dingy and thoroughly depressing. I raised my concerns with the manager, but he refused to refund the nights I wouldn't have used, if I'd left early. I also contacted Ibis customer services, but they didn't even reply. Eventually, after three nights, I'd had enough and left. I've stayed in many other Ibis hotels, and always had a good experience. This was just dreadful.
