Après un problème de voiture, je suis arrivé tard (un peu après minuit) et il y avait quelqu'un dans la chambre que j'avais réservé. Heureusement, l'astreinte téléphonique (sur un numéro payant :-!) a été réactif et de bon niveau en me retrouvant une chambre pour mon fils moi. Impression très mitigée.

There was no control for the air conditioning unit. The coffee and drinks machine in the entrace-way was out of order. There was no towel,mat for the floor in the shower. The fan in the bathroom did not work The atmosphere was musty and smoky, there was an ashtray on the table. The room was shabby and grubby. The linen was rough and the pillow lumpy and need replacing Breakfast was good. I have stayed with Accor many times - they are my choice hotel for France, but will avoid at Budgets in future

We stayed in this „hotel“ for 3 nights. The service was very impolite, they didn‘t speak any English at the reception. The rooms were not really clean, especially the bathroom. The so called „breakfast“ was absolutely insufficient and this does not deserve the word breakfast. All in all, this was one of the worst hotels I have ever been to!

We have stayed in many Ibis hotels across france and were shocked at the low standard in this one. My fault maybe, for asking for a ground floor room as the lift wasnt working. Basic is an understatement. Breakfast was served without plates, a buffet with very little choice, The bar was closed and that for nearly 80 euro a night. The manager did bring my husband a beer to our room as compensation for no bar, which was a nice gesture.
