Appalling Service

Trying to book this hotel early September it came back as all double rooms full. So I clicked back one page and put in triple rooms. However, the website changed the date from when I wanted to go to the day I was booking (a week early). The hotel was contacted and said they would sort it... NOTHING. No apology when we arrived, no refund or reduction to the 'new' rooms. I paid Twice for the same thing. All they wanted was my money. Very poor reception, no engagement with me booking in. In fact they stayed outside smoking for over 5 minutes before coming to see me! As I said, appealing service and worse I have ever had since joining the Acccr group. I have been in Budget, Rouge and Styles and never been treated like that.

Budget hotel with good restaurant

The hotel was out of town next to a sort of industrial area. It was a good 20 minute walk to the old town.But for 1 night, it was comfortable and the attached restaurant was very good, so it was not necessary to go to town for dinner.

We stayed at the Ibis Budget for 5 nights. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and its quiet. There's all you need there for a short stay. Plenty of choice for breakfast but only cold food available. Hot or cold drinks to choose from and as much as you want. There is a restaurant joining the hotel and this was first class. It ia easy to find the hotel,just off the autoroute,close to lorient and only a few minutes from hennebont. I will be using ibis budgets again as they are a cheap and very good quality hotels with ever helpfull staff that have plenty of time for you

I cant moan too much because its cheap and it has "budget" in its name however I had expected a proper bed instead of what we got which was basically a plank of wood with a mattress on. I am not exagerating, it was a flat plank of mdf on legs. Yes it was clean and yes the reception was pleasant but that did not make up for the fact that it felt like being in prison. Concrete room, one tiny pillow, one tiny thin towel. Breakfast awful. Just all so "budget".

Very clean, tidy, excellent 24 hour access via an automated system. Very convenient for the local transport routes, especially arriving in the early hours for a stopover trip. Very clean and tidy. What's more the kids sleep great in these hotels, good beds. Highly recommended.
