Esta estancia ha sido la peor que he tenido en la cadena Ibis en todos los años que llevo alojándome en sus hoteles. El hotel no tenia recepción a mi hora de llegada (2200) y no recuerdo haber leído que no tuviese recepción 24 horas. El teléfono al que había que llamar para ser alojado no funcionaba (tengo un teléfono extranjero), lo cual es muy inconveniente sobre todo puesto que es un hotel de aeropuerto y habrá muchos clientes internacionales en la misma circunstancia que yo. Además, el mantenimiento de la habitación era muy mejorable: no funcionaba la luz de la habitación y el agua de la ducha se salía por todo el baño. En resumen: es un hotel que necesita una renovación. Por lo demás, en tono positivo, el desayuno si estaba en los estándares a los que estoy acostumbrado en los Ibis Budget.
