We arrived late, just before 10pm. The staff member initially refused to check us in saying that as the gates were closed the hotel was closed. Note on the booking confirmation the hotel shows as being open 24 hours, and it doesn't show an end time for check-in. Hence we were unaware the hotel closes at 10pm. In any event we arrived at 9:55, and had tried ringing the hotel 5 mins before this to advise them we would be arriving very soon. We subsequently discovered the hotel made a single attempt to contact us at 9:20pm. They didn't leave a message and rang from a mobile number not affiliated with the hotel. The staff member was rude and willing to turn away a mother and her two children. I persisted and reluctantly he checked us in. Needless to say this is the last time I will stay here!

Easy check in, friendly staff - good stay! Clean room, good location easy parking, vending machine no problems at all really don’t know what else to say - I have to use 200 characters minimum & I really can’t be arsed it was a basic motel stay!!

Comfortable hotel, good value breakfast, just wish it finished an hour later. Situated well on the Tarbes ring road, so reasonably easy to find. Morning receptionist was a little friendlier than the evening one! When guests have been on a long journey and just want to relax in their room, a smile is very welcome. :-)

Desk staff very pleasant, helpful, multilingual. Room was what we expect from Ibis Budget, clean and comfortable, slept well. Quiet. We were a little dismayed that the handheld shower head had been replaced and did not fit the mount making an overhead shower impossible. Easy to find from the highway. It is about a fifteen minute walk to downtown. Free parking.

Stayed here 30 Sep , room 221. We were welcomed by the night manager. Very nice service Room was clean today and homely. Free parking and parking WiFi which was great. Good budget stay and would use again
