Stayed here on a Sunday night in freezing conditions (-4°C) and the hotel had no heating at all. We were only informed on arrival that the heating for the entire hotel had broken on Friday and that an engineer would only come on Monday. This means the hotel had ample time to warn guests in advance or arrange relocation, but chose not to. The room itself showed clear signs of poor maintenance and damp: mould along skirting boards and behind furniture, damaged and swollen trim, exposed gaps near the floor, and mould and rust in the shower area. These are not minor issues and suggest long-term neglect. We were travelling with our son who has special needs, which made the lack of heating and the overall condition of the room even more unacceptable. Budget hotels can be simple, but they should still be warm, dry, and properly maintained. This stay failed on all three counts. I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel, especially in winter.

I checked in for 1 hour then had to leave although my booking was 5 days non-refundable since room was very very dirty (no not the usual dirty hotel room where you ask for a new room, it was beyond being rented or even called a hotel room). Location is dirty as well. Bathroom smell was worse than any public bathroom I have entered before! dirty walls, dirty heater! couldnt even touch the bed sheets nor sit down! All I did was look for anther hotel and checkout right away!

Hotel quite close to the train station, clean room, quite warm in the room, friendly staff. Exactly what you need for a city break. The transport to Paris was very good and easy. Nice and quiet city in the evening.

Perfect location to stay when visiting Hippodrome d'Enghien which is within walking distance. The area itself is also decent with several restaurants etc. close by. The staff at the hotel was kind, informative and very helpful.

There don't seem to be a lot of good hotels in the area but I booked this hoping it would be OK. My room exceeded expectations. It was clean and everything looked new or well maintained. The only issue was the door which wouldn't close without a yank - but oh well. The service in the lobby is hit-and-miss. Often would find no one up front. When I arrived I asked where to park they said "We have no parking." with a blank expression. I my first reaction was to leave and go find a hotel that did have parking. Nonetheless I did find parking on the street each night and it was never a problem. The breakfast also exceeded my expectations with a variety of breads, jams, egg, cheese, sliced meats, juice, etc. Overall I would recommend the hotel. But you have to decide what to do about your car everyday.
