Séjour du 17-19 août 2025 Mon séjour à l'hôtel Formule 1 de Fréjus Roquebrune-sur-Argens du groupe Accor s'est transformé en cauchemar. Dans la nuit du 18 au 19 août vers 00h30, un employé de l'hôtel a ouvert ma chambre alors que nous dormions, malgré le verrou de sécurité enclenché et l'affichette "Ne pas déranger" sur la porte. Réveil en sursaut, impossible de se rendormir. L'excuse du réceptionniste : il voulait montrer une autre chambre à un client et aurait "confondu" les numéros. Une négligence inadmissible qui pose de sérieuses questions sur la sécurité dans cet établissement. Le plus révoltant ? Le suivi inexistant. Réclamation envoyée le lendemain, j'ai eu une réponse du groupe Accor promettant qu'un responsable local me recontacterait. Et toujours rien. Aucune suite, aucun remboursement, aucune excuse. Pour un séjour de 160€, on s'attend à pouvoir dormir en sécurité. Ce principe élémentaire n'est visiblement pas garanti chez F1/Accor. Évitez cet établissement si vous tenez à votre tranquillité et à un service client digne de ce nom.

Rooms are alright but the facilities are pretty bellow par. Toilets and showers were pretty disgusting to be honest. The place is pretty out of walking distance from shops and stuff as well which makes it hard to stock up on supplies when travelling.

You will never spend your holidays here. However, it is very cheap and rooms are clean. Toilets and showers in common (probably it should advertised more clearly). Parking in front of the hotel. Center of town fine minutes by car. Decent service.

Yes its cheap, Yes it's a budget hotel and Yes, you get what you pay for. This F1 hotel was not particularly noisy, however the rooms were dirty, 2 pubic hairs were found in the sheets and a plug hole full of hair to match. I have noticed that the further south you go in France, the dirtier it gets. This hotel is no exception. Friendly staff but not good cleanliness standards.

The Good: - Comfortable and cheap. Typical Formule 1. - close to main roads. Somewhat convenient to shopping. - Showers and toilets clean. The Bad: - Parking was limited on day we were there and spaces very small even for our little Peugeot. Had a tradesman van next to ours in the morning and a dent in my passenger door. The Ugly: - not much in terms of insulating from floor to floor. Could hear everything going on upstairs. Ugh. Didn't stop until close to midnight and we had early start so wasnt a great sleep. When booked this saw there were a few other F1s around the area within 20 or 30 miles so maybe if you want a good sleep try a different one.
