Dear Xingzhuo Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the error regarding the city tax charged during your stay. We fully understand your frustration, especially as you have already attempted to contact us without receiving a resolution, and we regret this lack of follow-up. After reviewing your reservation, we confirm that an incorrect number of guests was taken into account for the city tax. Please be assured that we are now proceeding with the necessary correction, and the overcharged amount will be refunded accordingly.
