Stayed 4 nights in late November. Found the staff very pleasant and happy to help. No complaints at all. Good location, train station, bank, small grocery store and restaurants nearby.

The best hôtel in oujda it's in the center of the city. The swimming pool is so big and surrounded by trees like a big garden . The food also was delicious we tried some traditional moroccon food it was 5/5 experience

Bad customer service and quality service in reception they don’t have good experience to deal with people and they told u something and do for you different things I will never stay in this hotel again it was really bad experience 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Easy location near the train station and the central market. Lots of restaurants around. Good breakfast. Pool is beautiful and surrounded by palm tree shade and green grass! Staff is professional, helpful and friendly.
