Dear Paperotto1, We certainly appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Novotel Darwin Atrium. Our guests are extremely important to us and it is always a pleasure to receive feedback. Our location and property is the perfect setting for a relaxing time away, and we encourage our guests to enjoy every aspect of it. We’re fortunate to be blessed with breathtaking views of the Darwin waterfront on one side and the vibrant Mitchell Street on the other! Thank you again for sharing your experience and we look forward to welcoming you back to the property in the near future for another unique experience!

Dear -Ame-0411, Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at the hotel with likeminded travellers. I regret that you impression of our hotel didn’t meet your expectations. We are an older hotel although our accommodations rooms were refurbished less than two years ago, and we receive allot of positive feedback regarding the spacious layout of our rooms from many guests. We do charge for bottles water as most other hotels do, but will reconsider this with our water suppliers. I do hope you enjoyed your time in Darwin and wish you all the best for your future travels.
