Camera al 4 piano, non comodissima da raggiungere con bagagli. Un po' claustrofobica e calda. Una finestra bloccata xché rotta

Dear Paolo Thank you for your review. As you have probably noticed, our building is shaped like a pyramid. It would be impossible to install a lift all the way to the top, so even the ancient Egyptians opted for stairs. However, we have provided the convenience of a lift up to the third floor, followed by a short flight of stairs to the fourth floor. Of course, it would be more convenient to take the lift to the top, but now you can say that you have climbed inside a pyramid. That's great too! See you again soon at the Hotel Ibis Chur. hotel comodo, camera molto pulita, mancavano gli asciugamani per il viso ma c'erano quelli per la doccia. Abbiamo avuto molto caldo di notte perchè il piumino era pesante ma non me la sentivo di accendere l'aria. Comunque per noi ideale. Unica cosa apprezzerei che non si potesse accedere al piano camere dalla strada senza controlli..

Al mio arrivo mi è stata data la chiave della camera sbagliata, sono entrato nella stanza di una coppia che stava giocando col figlio. Quando sono riuscito ad avere la chiave della mia stanza, la camera era preparata per 4 persone nonostante io fossi da solo (tutte le poltrone trasformate in letto con conseguente nessun posto per sedersi) e tutti gli zoccolini del pavimento, staccati, appoggiato per terra. Non capisco come si possa presentare una camera in queste condizioni a un cliente. Per lo meno era pulito e il personale era cortese.
