CEAへの出張で利用しました。24時間のフロント対応で深夜のチェックインや早朝のチェックアウトにも対応して頂き、大変便利でした。

The room was dark and dingy. The brown/ beige carpets in the room and corridors looked dusty particularly along the edges and corners. The mattress was very uncomfortable. Thin, sagging, great big dip, could feel every spring and coil. And the tiny separate toilet cubicle defied belief. All walls in room were finished with lumpy round lumps. The rest of the bedroom was cream but all four toilet walls were painted a deep chocolate brown. Floor were brown tiles. In the tiny windowless room felt like being submerged in a pit of sh.. What were they thinking? Made me feel physically nauseous.

We booked a room for 3 persons. The third person had a sofa bed prepared, but with a less comfortable duvet and without any pillow. So was the bathroom: no towels, no toothbrush mug for the third person. The furnishing of the room was dated and with damages, the building was old, too. The hotel pretended to be sustainable (by asking the guest not to have the towels removed/washed everyday), but acted contradictory as for example the toothbrush "mugs" were single use cups. The nice and friendly hotel staff saves 2/5 points for the hotel.

This is probably one of the best and most convenient venues in Grenoble for business travelers. The staff is very helpful and kind, and the venue is very clean. The location, on the opposite side of the train station, is very convenient as well. Not to forget the food, with the Gourmet Bar providing local dishes made of very fresh ingredients.
