This hotel is relatively mediocre and does not live up to the usual Novotel standards. The hotel seems to cut corners, likely to increase profitability, but it shows. The room is dark and unwelcoming. The toilet seat is poorly fixed, and there was a dead fly on the carpet. The pool water does not meet safety standards. The chlorine level during the last check (Summer 2024) was 5.25 mg of dichlorine per liter of water: above the French standard of 5 mg/L, which is already pretty lax compared to the US, where regulations set the standard at 4 mg/L. This high chlorine level is not good for the eyes (or the skin, for that matter). It appears the hotel is saving money by renewing the water less frequently and overusing chlorine – yet another corner cut. Restaurant: The dining experience was disappointing. The supposedly fresh fruit salad was clearly not homemade. The tart crust was obviously industrial and lacked the freshness expected from a high-end establishment. Additionally, many dishes seemed to be reheated rather than freshly prepared, contributing to a generally subpar dining experience. There is little that goes well at this hotel. It's pointless to choose a supposedly high-end hotel with such poor services. You might as well opt for a mid-range (or even budget) hotel, where you would at least expect fewer services at a lower price.

Concernant notre piscine chauffée, je tiens à vous rassurer sur le fait que nous pratiquons tous les contrôles nécessaires quotidiennement. Nous accordons une très grande importance à l'hygiène et aux normes en vigueur que nous respectons toutes à la lettre. Nous sommes contrôlés par l'ARS très régulièrement, comme tous les hôtels ACCOR, et notre piscine serait fermée s'il y avait le moindre souci. J'espère avoir répondu à vos attentes sur ce point. The staff are nice but my stay was very disappointing: 1) The lighting was not on properly in the car park, which meant I had to make my way to the hotel from my car in the dark. Half the lamps weren’t working. 2) I was sitting on the toilet in the reception area for a while when the lights went out. This tîme I found myself in total darkness. Fortunately I had the light in my mobile phone as a back up. I complained to reception and they told me that this was to save energy. The movement detector is outside the cubicle, so waving your arms around doesn’t help the situation. 3) There were only 2 staff on duty on the Sunday evening trying to do the check-ins and also man the catering service. This led to irritatingly long waiting times for service. My experiences have put me off this hotel chain completely.

Really nicely refurbished Novotel at Futuroscope. But… the restaurant was closed - we got an email a couple of days before arrival - and the alternatives offered were all about 2km away so not really walking distance. (Fortunately the Ibis opposite had a decent bar menu going.) When we came back from a long day at the Futuroscope park, the manager couldn’t have been more rude when we asked if the bar was still open to buy the kids some drinks (it was 2340). So… lovely hotel, poor service.

The staff were exceptionally good, in particular Celine and Marie-Hélène, nothing was too much trouble for them and they found me a room when I needed one! The breakfast was the freshest I have had in France and the scrambled eggs were the best I have had in a hotel. I am now going to be on the look out for Novotel hotels all around the world!

Not a 4 Star Hotel for Us.

It os supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but it feels like a 2-3… The breakfast is nothing special, borderline disgusting, in fact it made 3 out of 5 of us vomit. Unrelated to the park because it happened before we went to futuroscope. The room, was super hot, you can not control the Air Conditioner, they do… all you change is the fan speed. The window was so stuck we couldn’t open it the first day, so we slept hot… The second day we were determined to open the window so we finally got it budged open by a bit of force. It says online that pets allowed, yet you pay extra for nothing that includes pets, nothing for the pet itself to me thats pointless and just extra money for nothing. There should be atleast a pet bed or some area to accommodate them or even dog sit them while we were at the park. There is not, or if they have they did not inform. Is it convenient location? Yes, it is pretty close to the park, less than 10 minutes to it and there is a more direct entrance that leads you basically towards the middle of the park. Overall, we were not satisfied with our stay there, definitely not worth the price. And Id label this a 3 star hotel. Beautiful outside on its structure, convenient location, but inside its average, specially the floors/halls have this weird hospital smell.

Je regrette que le petit déjeuner n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes et j'en suis très surprise car nous proposons depuis peu la toute nouvelle formule petit déjeuner de Novotel, et nos clients l'adorent car elle est encore plus complète et plus gourmande qu'avant (machine à pancakes notamment). Inutile de préciser que tous nos produits sont contrôlés et toutes nos DLC respectées. Le lobby et le restaurant ont été rénovés en Juin dernier pour information. Les animaux de compagnie sont autorisés en effet, mais nous ne disposons pas de lits spécifiques pour eux, je suis désolée... J'espère que nous aurons l'occasion de vous accueillir à nouveau prochainement. Cordialement,
