Personal care for our sick daughter

We did not plan to stay at the hotel but we decided to stop our planns because our daughter was sick. It is good staff thar make a good hotel and this time it was Carole from the kitchen that made this a 5 star stay. Carole made sure our daughter got what she needed even if it was not during service hours. In addition the family rooms are spacious and cimfertable.

部屋にポットがないので、貸していただけないか？とお訪ねしましたが、今は貸し出し中だと言われた。次の日、もう一度伺ったら、違うスタッフに貸し出しはしていないと言われた。 アコールグループのどのレベルなら、部屋でハーブティーをのんびり飲むことができるのか、疑問です。

A fairly average stay which was unusual. Disappointed the restaurant was closed at the week end, this was not indicated on the Accor app. Knowing this would have likely meant a change of hotel if known up front.

I'm silver, in Accor loyalty program status. When we arrived at the hotel we requested a quiet room so we could have a restful night. When I got to the room it was towards the road, right next to the elevator and two people couldn't walk without constantly giving each other permission. Additionally, the room was dirty and did not meet the cleaning criteria for Covid-19. We complained and they said it was not possible to change as I only spoke after 15 minutes of arriving at the room. As if I now have to check everything in a hotel chain like Accor. Unfortunate. We complained and were told we would receive an email from the General Manager about the situation. I didn't receive the email and they took the money from my credit card. Disgraceful service.

This hotel is well equipped with good clean room. Breakfast very good and very helpful reception. Best part is its close proximity to Futuroscope which made walking there very easy. It also has an out door and indoor pool for the athletic.
