Staying at Sofitel - Algiers is always comfortable and special. It was a pleasant return to Algiers after 9months due to COVID and i was welcomed with a nice cake. Hotel staff is very professional and caring. Mr. Said and Mr. Amine did their best to make the stay as much comfortable as possible and ensuring proper sanitization of rooms etc..

Sofitel Alger is definitvely a Professional hotel, they are allowing a number of limited guest, to make use of hotel but fully guaranteeing the safety. Guets are disinfected at the entry, and allowed only to stay in thei room and served meals n the rooms very limited perronnel is allowed to work to reduce riskas and all are using masks and précautions. Few people are running the entire services of hotel , especially Mr Ramses hat is doing professionaly plenty of task. congratulation to Sofitel.
Good hotel and great value for money.

Very good hotel. I have stayed there at different over the past 2 years. Great staff from check-in to VIP Lounge and restaurant. I take note of great staff like Amin/Habib/ Habibat @ reception & Said @ VIP

Very Comfortable stay, nice staff specially Zola at reception and Amina at the Bar. Tried Italian restaurant, its appalling service is horrible.. Price and taste is not at all worth waiting for that long . Sofitel needs to work on their Buffet and food menu.
Missing loyalty points - despite chasing them through the Accor loyalty programme

I stay here regularly but each time have to chase to get the loyalty programme points awarded - this time has been harder than ever with a complicated customer support arrangement at Accor's new ALL loyalty scheme and nothing to date from the hotel in awarding the points themselves.
