チェックインの時の男性スタッフは親切でしたが、途中で問い合わせした男性スタッフの態度が非常に残念でした。スタッフの質に波があるという印象です。

公式サイトで予約しました。到着すぐチェックイン出来て助かりました。 部屋は綺麗でスリッパもあり無料の水も準備されていました。 バスルームのシャワーブースが恐ろしく狭く、パートナーは細身のためどうにかなりましたが男性の多くはきついのではないでしょうか。 また朝食が７時からで、列車の時間を考えるともう少し早いと良いです。

よく考え直したら8に変更する。ロビーがもっとゆったりできたらいいな、簡単な朝食が食べられると良いな、と思ったがその分宿泊代が抑えられていると考えたら文句はない。と妻が言っているが私は10で良い。

初めてのボローニャで、改装された綺麗な部屋で、快適な宿泊を過ごすことができました。フェラーラやラベンナへの鉄道旅行の起点として、とても便利な立地でした。 ただ、設備については、2点ほど改善してほしい点がありました。 (1) 風呂・シャワーの温度設定が、うまく機能しない (2) トイレの便座ふくめた筐体全体がガタついて不安定だった あと、ワーキングデスクがあると、とても使いやすかったのに、少し残念でした。
