Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sincerely sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations and that several aspects of your arrival and room experience were disappointing. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the delay at check-in and for the condition of the rooms initially assigned to you. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we are very concerned by your comments regarding the air conditioning vent — this is clearly not acceptable and has been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate action. We also regret that you were first assigned an accessible room, and that the solution only came on the second day of your stay. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially without proper communication or follow-up from our team. We are truly sorry that this experience had a negative impact on your visit to Bordeaux. We appreciate your honesty and will use your feedback to improve.
