Camere pulite mentre notavo la moquette nel piano comune sporca - struttura un po’ datata (ad esempio non hanno chiave elettronica) ma camere confortevoli - più un motel che un hotel - scomodo il fatto che per fare colazione si debba uscire per andare nella struttura a fianco - siamo andati al bar ed il pavimento era appiccicoso - poco loquaci alla reception (scarse le indicazioni) - favorevole la struttura come posizione proprio davanti alla fermata della navetta che circa ogni 5 minuti ti pietà gratuitamente a mont saint Michel - anche per l’accesso alla zona parcheggio (un giorno prima ci é arrivato un codice) nessuna indicazione precisa….

Regarding your remarks, we would like to provide some context. Our hotel is a 1970s structure located in a protected heritage area, which involves specific architectural constraints and explains our layout. We are, however, constantly improving, and the installation of electronic locks is currently underway. Regarding the breakfast, having it in the adjacent building ensures a quieter atmosphere in the room wings, away from the morning bustle. We have also noted your comment about the bar floor; this was likely due to an excess of cleaning product, and we have rectified this with our maintenance team. As for the access to the area, we invite our guests to carefully read the confirmation emails sent before arrival, as they contain all the necessary instructions to navigate the restricted zone. Due to strict environmental regulations, we are not allowed to install additional road signage. Finally, our reception team is always available to answer any specific questions you may have to help you make the most of your stay in Normandy.

Albergo situato in posizione strategica per visitare Mont Saint Michel, raggiungibile comodamente a piedi o con navetta gratuita con fermata proprio di fronte alla struttura. Parcheggio davanti all’albergo gratuito.

Assistenza all'arrivo inesistente, lasciate bloccate alle barriere nel buio in mezzo al nulla. Il parcheggio non è incluso ma si devono pagare 6 euro per l'accesso. Il ristorante a cena alle 21 esatte non serve gli antipasti perché la cucina è chiusa. Il giorno dopo a colazione, ci siamo alzati un momento dal tavolo, quando siamo rientrati (volevamo solo per un caffè) hanno detto che non potevamo rientrare perché avevamo già consumato, nonostante ancora fossimo in pieno orario consentito. Nelle camere, seppure un 4 stelle da 250 euro a notte, manca ogni tipo D. kit D. cortesia. Trovi solo il dispenser D. sapone e bagnoschiuma. Ospitalità inesistente, peccato perché le camere e la struttura sono belle e pulite.

Camera accettabile ma al primo piano senza ascensore. Inammissibile che il prezzo del parcheggio non sia incluso. Ristorante mediocre: petto d'anatra, in particolare, duro e immangiabile. Servizio discreto.
