Ceux-ci sont des zones de passage très fréquentées et, en raison de notre environnement entre bord de mer et campagne normande, le sable, la poussière ou l’humidité peuvent rapidement y laisser des traces malgré les passages réguliers de nos équipes d’entretien. Ottima posizione dell'hotel, anche se il pass è un po' costoso e dovrebbe essere ricompreso nella tariffa dell'hotel. Camera pulita e con ogni accessorio a disposizione. Apprezzata particolarmente la possibilità di farsi il caffè in camera con Nespresso. Colazione ottima, anche se fuori dall'hotel, nel ristorante vicino.

Questo Mercure non è all’altezza. Dentro c’è una moquette nei corridoi piena di polvere ai lati e di vistose macchie, la camera e il bagno sono anche belli, nonostante porte vetuste con ancora la chiave e tende che non coprono bene la finestra a tutta ampiezza, da cui entra luce al mattino presto. Abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento molto sgradevole per cena: ho prenotato alla reception chiedendo “neuve heure trente” e hanno capito 20:30 perché dal cartello che avrei dovuto leggere secondo loro era chiaro che il ristorante chiudeva alle 21. Morale: ci presentiamo alle 21.30, con un bambino piccolo, e ci mandano via perché la cucina chiusa. C’erano ancora i commensali delle 21 e il ristorante fa anche da bar dell’hotel, potevano proporci almeno un sandwich. Alla reception non hanno saputo darci indicazioni di posti aperti con le vicinanze e così ci siamo dovuti mettere in auto e andare nel paese vicino a cercare qualcosa. Veramente un pessimo servizio e incredibile che in un 4 stelle non ci sia nemmeno un servizio bar per una tazza di latte!

Camera di dimensioni adeguate, ben pulita, accogliente. L'hotel è in una zona a traffico limitato con barriere all'entrata: la reception fornisce il codice di accesso via mail un giorno prima dell'arrivo. Buona comunicazione con lo staff. Ho avuto un problema e senza esitazione mi han cambiato la camera scusandosi. Vicino un ristorante cui conviene prenotare. Posizione eccellente.

Ottima posizione. Soggiornato nella depandance dell'hotel. Purtroppo manca l'ascensore per salire al 2 piano. Camera semplice ma, pulita. Buona la colazione.
