Dear Scott, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We understand that the size of our rooms was a concern, and we would like to share that we offer a variety of room categories, such as our spacious Suites, which provide a separate lounge area for added comfort. Regarding our location, while we are located outside the city center, many of our guests find the proximity to Martiniplaza and easy access to public transportation beneficial for their needs. Nonetheless, we regret that this was not ideal for your visit. We take pride in being a 4-star hotel and strive to provide a high-quality experience through our amenities and services. It is with regret that we hear your comparison to another hotel felt more favorable. We value all feedback as it helps us identify areas for improvement. Finally, we are committed to maintaining our property and apologize if any aspect did not seem up-to-date. We continuously work to ensure our guests' comfort and satisfaction. We would also like to highlight our convenient location for accessing everything in and around Groningen, with public transportation readily available to reach the city center in just 10 minutes. The Stadspark, right behind our hotel, is a beautiful spot to enjoy nature, and we are well-connected to Martiniplaza Event & Conference Center for those attending events.
