Dear Igor, Thank you for taking the time to share about your experience. Indeed, the hotel does not have a private underground car park, but a valet parking service is available for a fee, according to your choice. The hotel does, however, have pedestrian access to a free parking opposite the hotel. We are sorry to hear that our service did not meet all your expectations. While we wish your experience had been more enjoyable, your feedback and impressions are very important to us, as they help us improve our services on a daily basis. The hotel was fully booked, and despite our efforts to prepare the rooms in good time, unforeseen events such as the delay in the departure of the previous guest may have disrupted our schedule.
