客房打扫很粗糙，家具上都是灰尘。

环境好，酒店非常漂亮，餐食也很丰盛，服务也非常令人满意，就是房间设施有点老旧，可惜的是孩子有一天肠胃炎了，2天住在医院，没能住在酒店。

主要是房间的电源插头不够，房间有蚊子！晚上8点桑拿房不开门！房间没有酒店服务指引，只有二个手册讲好是没用的，要有清楚的指引，最好有中文！ 酒店园林很漂亮！
